In this hybrid role, your responsibilities will span from understanding our customers' needs and booking service appointments, to making outbound calls for scheduling appointments, ensuring the right technician is dispatched for the right job.

Key
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, converting them into booked service appointments while promoting customer satisfaction.
Dispatch technicians as per set schedules, customer requests, or immediate requirements.
Communicate vital information, such as progress updates, to managers and customers.
Resolve customer or supervisor queries related to services or equipment.
Prepare and manage daily work schedules and work orders for technicians.
Maintain and update our customer database with accurate information.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in customer service and dispatch within the HVAC industry.
Proficient with computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective problem resolution.
Empathetic, with excellent people skills, able to handle challenging situations with ease.
Reliable, with a strong ability to multitask.
